The tax tool

The calendar and estimator run in your browser. The figures you type are not sent to a server, not written to local storage, session storage, or a cookie, and not added to an address-bar query by the script. Refreshing the page clears them. Download of an .ics file is created on your device from those figures.

These pages do not set cookies and do not use analytics. There is no account and no newsletter.

Contact form

If you send the contact form, your browser submits the name, email address, topic and message you typed to Web3Forms at web3forms.com. Their handling of that submission is covered by their own privacy notice: web3forms.com/privacy. This site does not store the message.

Server logs

The pages are static files. A hosting network may keep ordinary request logs, such as an IP address and the page requested. The tax tool is written so your figures stay out of those logs.

External sites

Links to Inland Revenue, ACC, Web3Forms, and any affiliate site that is later switched on leave this site. Those sites have their own notices. Affiliate slots are off unless a URL is present in the configuration. See the disclosure.
