These pages are general information about published IRD and ACC material. They are not tax, legal or financial advice and they are not a recommendation to file, pay, register, or buy software. You are responsible for checking ird.govt.nz and acc.co.nz, or a qualified tax agent, before you act.

No client relationship

Using the site, sending the contact form, or downloading an .ics file does not make you a client. The site does not hold itself out as a tax agent or as a registered adviser.

Accuracy

Dates and amounts can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Labels say Expected or Uncertain where the source was limited. The estimator rounds provisional tax to whole dollars and ACC figures to cents. Rounding on an official assessment can differ. There is no promise that a figure matches an invoice, a notice of assessment, or a later IRD calendar.
